Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150.
For orders under $150, a $15 flat rate shipping fee applies.
Unfortunately we currently only ship domestically throughout Australia.

We expect that your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
The Farrier's Home process all orders within 1-2 business days and our shipping partner, Sendle, estimate that domestic orders will arrive within 2-5 business days.
You will be sent an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. From there you will be able to use the tracking link provided to track your order right to your door.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please note that as all of our products are made from used horseshoes, it is not uncommon that some shoes will show signs of dents and scratching. Any imperfections on the shoes are part of the product's upcycled story.
However, if your product has arrived faulty (broken, not entact, damaged etc.) please contact The Farrier's Home here.(javascript:void(0)) In this circumstance, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
All our upcycled creations are handmade in our small workshop based in rural NSW, Australia.
All horseshoes have been provided by local farriers and horse owners.
