Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted by us and another email notification once your order has shipped.
Unfortunately at this stage we only ship domestically throughout Australia.

Domestic orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping.

Domestic orders under $150 will incur a $15 flat rate shipping cost.
We ship all orders through our delivery partner, Sendle.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer returns for change of mind.

However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thefarriershome@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
